Community of practice

My interpretation is that the organisational framework of a knowledge community consists of three main elements: domain, practice and community
In my INTERVENTION context, the Deaf individuals in this city do not have a formal community for them to connect with each other, so the formation of a community can be a common topic or interest for them to focus on and enhance a sense of identity.
Practice refers to the knowledge, experience, tools, methods, etc. that are shared and created by community members, which provide content and value to the community.
Sociality, on the other hand, refers to the interaction, communication, trust and sense of belonging among community members, which provides the community with vigour and cohesion.
