At the end of my questionnaire, I chose a number of groups of deaf adults from different occupations and backgrounds to be my focus group. In my reflection after the dialogue with them, I found that the biggest problem as a deaf individual is the inability to access outside information in a timely manner due to poor hearing and communication.
